Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS Manager - E&M, Data Center development

A well reputed Construction Group is presently seeking an Quantity Surveying Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor (E&M) to join their project team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6+ years with E&M projects new build or maintenance projects.
• Perform support with project works from budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts for E&M to payment certifications and final account settlements for E&M projects.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams on procurement activities including preparation of tender documents, tender analysis and subsequent contract binding to ensured project deliveries are met accordingly.
• Holder MRICS or HKIS professional qualification will be preferred.
• Those immediately available will be highly considered.
