Senior Quantity Surveyor - Subway

Assigned Project: Metro Manila Subway Project CP104

Location: Pasig City

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor bids, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project cost forecasts.
• Identify and prepare variation orders and claims.
• Monitor project costs, expenditures, and budget performance.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in managing commercial risks and mitigating cost impacts.
• Monitor and evaluate price adjustments for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Experience in extension of time quantification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7-10 years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in cost control, EOT, estimation, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
• Knowledge of variations, claims, and construction contracts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
