Senior Quantity Surveyor/Project Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Post-contract administration and management - valuation of variation works, interim payments and finalization of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors
• Budget control, monitoring of project budget, cashflow and report
• Support to preparation of tender submission, contracts, sub-contracts and other documents
• Taking-off and measurement (both on-site & from drawings)
• Preparation of contract document for subletting process

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• HKIS Quantity Surveying Division Corporate Membership or an equivalent qualification.
• 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil projects and gained from main contractor. Candidates with more/ less experience may be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
