What they need
Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects and works of sub-ordinates, and report to Manager
- Prepare cost estimate and bills of quantities
- Prepare tender documents, tender report and contract documents
- Conduct monthly site valuation
- Evaluate and prepare interim valuation
- Prepare final account
- Advise on contractual matters and claim avoidance
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution with at least 5 to 10 years experience
- Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skill
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge in computer-aided measurement software (e.g. Cost-X and Glodon) will be an advantage
