Senior R Developer / Data Scientist(Exp - 7+yrs)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong hands-on expertise in R programming, statistical analysis, and machine learning to develop data-driven solutions and analytical models.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in R Programming
• Strong hands-on experience with R, tidyverse, and data.table
• Strong knowledge of Statistics and Statistical Modeling
• Experience with Regression, Hypothesis Testing, and Time-Series Analysis
• Experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling
• Strong experience in Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, and Model Evaluation
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Git / Version Control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have

• Bayesian Modeling / Mixed-Effects Models
• Shiny / Plumber
• Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with productionizing R models
• Unit testing and documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop statistical and machine learning models using R.
• Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Build, validate, and optimize predictive models.
• Conduct statistical testing and interpret model results.
• Develop production-ready analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
