SENIOR R&D CHEMIST

• Improve and develop the product base on requirements
• Issue, maintain and control R&D related documents and records
• Involve in product quality improvement activities and evaluate new materials and new products
• Identify product quality problems and investigate the root causes
• Recommend and provide solutions for product non-conformities
• Study and implement preventive actions to reduce the occurrence of product non-conformities
• Research and develop cycling methods or improvement methods for rejected/ non-conforming products
• Visit job sites when necessary and coordinate with sales personnel regarding product performance or customer issues
• Work closely with Production, QC and Sales department for product improvement and troubleshooting
• Prepare reports, test records and technical documentation related to R&D activities
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedure
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Science or Chemistry, or higher.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field
• Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, be fast learners, be able to multitask effectively, and work well under pressure.
• Candidates must be computer literate and possess good communication skills.
