Senior R&D Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering,
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics or chemical industry,
• Strong knowledge of documentation processes within the scope of GMP/ISO 22716 and ability to manage these processes,
• Proficiency in English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Ability to work at our Çerkezköy factory location,
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach,
• Strong follow-up and sense of responsibility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct R&D activities for branded products,
• Respond to requests from the Quality Control and Production departments,
• Carry out application studies related to projects,
• Conduct product testing and stability studies, follow up on results, and prepare reports,
• Conduct alternative/raw material equivalency studies,
• Prepare cost, ingredient, and allergen documentation for formulations,
• Conduct pilot production of formulations and enter production recipes into the system,
• Organize project files and carry out the necessary archiving processes,
• Ensure that fragrance and raw material archives, as well as laboratory stocks, are kept up to date.
