Senior React Native Developer – iOS & Android

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for an expert developer to drive the creation of high-performance mobile solutions. The role focuses on building scalable cross-platform applications and integrating complex e-commerce features for their mobile platforms. The successful candidate will play a key part in architectural decisions and technical mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components for iOS and Android.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
• Implement state management using technologies such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time.
• Mentor developers and contribute to technical design and architectural decisions.
• Support application releases and deployments to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Requirements

• You have 10+ years of experience as a React Native developer building scalable, high-performance mobile applications.
• You possess 5+ years of experience within an Agile/Scrum development context.
• You bring 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• You have 3+ years of experience in the public transport domain.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in developing or maintaining e-commerce applications.
• You have extensive knowledge of state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.
• You possess experience with RESTful API integration and mobile application architecture.
• You have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across iOS and Android.
• You're proactive and possess strong mentoring skills.
• You are fluent in English at a C1 level.

Nice to Haves

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
