Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and reusable component library strategy
• Build complex UI workflows integrating RESTful APIs and backend services
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, production-ready interfaces
• Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and product teams on end-to-end feature delivery
• Establish and evolve design-system practices and reusable frontend components
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level frontend engineers
• Diagnose and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues
• Drive adoption of modern frontend engineering practices, tools, and standards
• Influence architecture and technology decisions across the frontend organization
• Ensure rigorous code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability standards
