Senior Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting patients, managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, handling billing, and ensuring effective communication between patients and laboratory staff.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Manage patient registration, appointments, and enquiries.

Attend incoming phone calls and provide accurate information to patients.

Maintain patient records and perform data entry with accuracy.

Coordinate with laboratory technicians and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle billing, collect payments, and issue receipts.

Coordinate laboratory report distribution and follow up with patients when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.

Assist with general administrative and front office duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Previous experience in reception or front office operations is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.

Ability to handle patients courteously and manage enquiries efficiently.

Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.

Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
