- Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide market
insights and hiring strategies. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
- Track and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and weekly hiring updates.
- Collaborate with HR team for offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and background
verification inputs.
