Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in mid-level, senior, and leadership hiring. The candidate should be a self-starter who can independently manage recruitment mandates from sourcing to closure.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-level, senior, and leadership positions**.

* Primarily handle recruitment across Sales, Business Development, Finance & Accounts and Operations.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting.

* Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, role fit, compensation, and career progression.

* Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining follow-ups.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely closures.

*Mandatory Requirements*

* 6–8 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

* Strong experience in mid-level and leadership hiring.

* Proven recruitment experience in Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations roles.

* Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm is mandatory.

* Strong sourcing, headhunting, and LinkedIn/Naukri search skills.

* Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and drive closures.

* Strong communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
