Senior recruiter

We are seeking three experienced Full-Cycle Recruiters to join our growing internal Talent Acquisition team.

You will take complete ownership of assigned vacancies from initial hiring-manager briefing through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and successful hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Conduct hiring-manager intake meetings.

• Advertise roles through SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Proactively source passive candidates.

• Screen and interview candidates.

• Prepare qualified candidate shortlists.

• Coordinate interviews and feedback.

• Conduct reference checks.

• Manage salary discussions and offers.

• Negotiate and close candidates.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.

• Provide regular recruitment progress updates.

Experience Required

• 5–7 years' recruitment / talent acquisition experience.

• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience.

• Excellent proactive sourcing capability.

• Experience using SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
