Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international healthcare and manpower requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
