We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (57 years) in Bangalore at Prohuman Technology to drive full-lifecycle, permanent technology hiring.

What You’ll Own
End-to-End Delivery: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake discovery and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation, drop-off management, and onboarding.
Niche Talent Sourcing: Go beyond standard job portals using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, advanced Boolean search, and technical communities to uncover passive tech talent.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and client leaders, providing real-time market data, talent mapping, and feasibility insights.
Data-Driven Execution: Leverage ATS data and Excel analytics to monitor pipeline health, optimize SLAs, improve offer-to-join conversion ratios, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Leadership & Mentorship: Elevate team performance by mentoring junior recruiters and instituting sourcing best practices across the team.

What We Look For
5–7 Years of core technical recruitment experience in IT staffing, RPO, recruitment consulting, or technology organizations.
Proven Track Record in niche and emerging technology hiring for permanent, full-time positions.
Sourcing Mastery with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, ATS platforms, GitHub/Kaggle, and job portals.
Analytical Sharpness—ability to translate recruitment metrics into actionable pipeline improvements.
Executive Presence—exceptional communication skills, resilience under pressure, and confidence interfacing with senior stakeholders.
