What You’ll Do

As a Senior Recruiter at West End Workforce, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities. This is not just a job - it’s a chance to grow your career, work alongside a passionate team, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Generalist Recruiting: The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing finance, administrative, and engineering candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding activities.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional solutions.
• Market Expertise : Stay up to date on industry trends, labor market insights, and innovative recruiting strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our supportive team and contribute to a culture of teamwork, transparency, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years in agency recruiting or staffing with experience focused on generalist roles, with a proven track record of success in placing candidates and building client relationships.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
• Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people and businesses thrive.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with recruiting tools, ATS systems (We use JobDiva), AI resources, and social media platforms for sourcing talent.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Canadian and USA experience: Experience recruiting in North America is a must.
