Senior Recruiter

Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Hospital HR

• Experience: 2–6+ Years
• Qualification: MBA HR / MHA
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience in Hospital
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions in the hospital industry.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Conduct daily candidate calling, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with HODs and department heads to understand hiring needs and close vacancies on time.
• Track recruitment metrics, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely joining.
