Job Title: Recruiter Talent Acquisition

Location: Sector 75, Gurugram

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. The primary focus of this role will be building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring timely closures across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Handle hiring for blue-collar and white-collar positions across levels.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, vendors, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure smooth joining.
• Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support basic HR operations/coordination activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of core recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
• Good sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week from our Sector 75, Gurugram office.
