Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

1. Manage talent sourcing, acquisition & on boarding process

2. Ensure headcount gap are fulfilled within stipulated timeframe

3. Plan & execute on Employer branding initiatives on different platforms

4. Organize periodical talent engagement survey

5. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals

6. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures

7. Design and administer a fair performance review process

8. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and manage benefits

9. Oversee training and development programs

10. Other ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in HR/Psychology / Business Management or equivalent

2. Minimum 3 years of experience. Experience in hiring executive levels will be highly preferred

3. Able to handle people tactfully & sensitively

4. Good communication skills with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

5. Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize tasks and meet timeline

6. Willing to work in Klang with 5 and a half working days
