Senior Recruiter, Tech / G&A

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter, Tech / G&A to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and G&A positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs, shape search strategies, and move searches forward efficiently. You will help build strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing multiple requisitions with varying skill sets and timelines. The position also plays an important role in delivering a thoughtful candidate experience and using recruiting data to inform hiring decisions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,000 – $163,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define position profiles and develop search strategies
• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across Tech and G&A
• Manage multiple requisitions while balancing skill sets and timelines
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through targeted sourcing
• Establish trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing updates and insights
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and care
• Use recruiting data and ATS insights to guide hiring decisions

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical and G&A functions
• Experience in technology, SaaS, startup, or high-growth environments
• Strong technical understanding of the current technology landscape
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with varied requirements
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, emphasizing data hygiene
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
