Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for international candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct international sourcing activities such as headhunting, networking, and social media outreach to attract top talent from around the world.
• Ensure compliance with US immigration laws and regulations during the hiring process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or international hiring/recruitment coordination.
• Strong understanding of US staffing industry trends and regulations
• Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions through creative sourcing methods (headhunting, networking).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across cultures.
