Senior Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Planning and Execution

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a large number of employees and project staff across multiple functions and levels.
• Understand manpower requirements, job profiles, deployment timelines, and project-specific staffing needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet stringent hiring deadlines.
• Handle bulk hiring for events, exhibitions, conferences, government projects, and other large-scale assignments.

2. Sourcing and Candidate Management

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, databases, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong database of candidates for immediate and future project requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate selection.
• Recruit for diverse roles, including event operations, administration, coordination, logistics, hospitality, customer service, technical support, and other project-related functions, as required.

3. Project Staffing and Deployment

• Coordinate with internal teams and project managers to ensure timely mobilisation and deployment of manpower.
• Manage recruitment for temporary, contractual, freelance, and short-term project assignments.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, joining schedules, and deployment reports.
• Ensure that recruitment targets are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
