Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

A Senior Recruitment Specialist manages end-to-end talent acquisition, partners with hiring managers, and builds sourcing strategies for an organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring from job intake and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer closing
• Partner directly with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities
• Engage active and passive candidates using professional networks, direct outreach, and data-driven sourcing techniques
• Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline efficiency to drive continuous improvements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manpower agency, staffing company, or high-volume recruitment environment
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Experience handling multiple job vacancies and high-volume recruitment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines and targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms/job portals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
