What You Will Do:

• Design, deploy, and maintain OpenShift and Kubernetes-based platforms in enterprise environments.
• Develop AI/ML models to analyze network topologies, optimize routing paths, and detect infrastructure anomalies.
• Build and fine-tune small language models (SLMs) and LLM-based solutions for network operations and automation.
• Create data pipelines and analytics solutions to process large volumes of infrastructure and operational data.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and cloud teams to improve platform reliability and performance.
• Implement container networking solutions and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues.
• Drive infrastructure automation, observability, and intelligent decision-support capabilities using AI technologies.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift platform engineering, administration, and operations.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes , container orchestration, and container networking technologies (CNI, OVN-Kubernetes).
• Advanced knowledge of AI/ML , with a focus on Graph Theory , path analysis, and network intelligence solutions.
• Experience developing and deploying models using TensorFlow and AI inferencing frameworks.
• Strong background in Data Science , analytics, and large-scale data processing.

…and we appreciate if you have:

• Understanding of complex, large-scale heterogeneous network environments and multi-purpose infrastructure devices.
• Expertise in LLMs/SLMs , including designing and training purpose-built language models for network and infrastructure analytics, behavior profiling, and automation.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring the completion of development tasks to support the new release of projects/solutions
• Grooming user stories with Product Owner
• Supporting production requests or fixing issues
• Unit testing applications and reporting daily progress on daily stand-up meetings

About Your Contract:

• 40 hours/week
• Full-time, indefinite contract
• Location: Budapest, Hungary
• Hybrid working model with 2-3 office days per week
• Occasional travel to customer locations across Europe
• Onboarding and acclimatization period provided
• You must be currently eligible to work in Hungary
