Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with corporate goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and manage multiple teams across locations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Oversee profit & loss analysis, financial management, and budgeting processes to maximize operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Implement data-driven decision-making practices utilizing Excel data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Drive process improvements through lean management principles, operational management best practices, and innovative project management techniques.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives, business development opportunities, and organizational growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence.
• Supervise operational activities including sales initiatives, customer relations, team development programs, and performance metrics monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at operational excellence, process optimization, and service quality enhancement.

Experience

• Proven management experience with a focus on business management, operations management, and team leadership at an executive level.
• Extensive experience in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning within a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement initiatives, and implementing lean management practices.
• Strong background in team development, supervising diverse teams, and fostering leadership skills among managers.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Data-driven decision-making expertise utilizing tools such as Excel for analyzing complex datasets to inform operational strategies.

Pay: $141,461.15 - $154,483.98 per year
