Senior Relationship Manager-AXIS Bank

We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Life Insurance business through the AXIS Bank channel.

CTC: Up to 3.75 LPA

Location: Gurugram, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Generate life insurance business through the assigned channel.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and provide quality service.
• Maintain strong relationships with AU Bank stakeholders and customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with experience in Life Insurance / Insurance Sales / Bancassurance will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
