Senior Relationship Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Developing business plans for active acquisition and management of clients in GBA (including HK)
• Pitching in-house HNW clients for potential sales opportunities with cross-over investment/insurance products
• Focusing on expansion of business in the GBA market and growth of sales channels
• Organizing marketing events/seminars/conferences in providing market insights and identifying business opportunities for our potential clients in GBA
• Engaging in sales team development & coaching
• Participating in ad hoc sales projects assigned by Management
• Any other duties and additional assignments as from time to time assigned by the management of CFSG.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Active license holder of securities (SFC RA 1) and/or insurance (IIQE I & III) are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services
• Strong understanding of investment products, strategies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
