Senior Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager

About the role

Drive the acquisition and growth of UHNW/HNW client portfolios across Hong Kong and cross-border markets, delivering holistic family office solutions. Provide bespoke advisory services covering global asset allocation, wealth succession, family trusts, tax planning, and premium insurance. Act as the trusted advisor to clients by coordinating seamlessly with internal and external experts to execute complex wealth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the acquisition and growth of UHNW/HNW client portfolios across Hong Kong and cross-border markets, delivering holistic family office solutions
• Provide bespoke advisory services covering global asset allocation, wealth succession, family trusts, tax planning, and premium insurance
• Act as the trusted advisor to clients by coordinating seamlessly with internal and external experts (e.g., investment banking, legal, and tax partners) to execute complex wealth strategies
• Ensure strict adherence to HK SFC regulations, as well as internal AML and KYC protocols to safeguard business operations
• Cultivate lasting, high-trust client relationships to sustainably grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and overall revenue contribution

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, or a related field
• Valid working visa/status in Hong Kong
• Minimum 5 years of Relationship Management experience in private banking, multi-family offices (MFO) or premium wealth management sectors
• Proven track record of managing UHNW/HNW clients, with deep knowledge of cross-border asset allocation, offshore trust structures, and HK financial products
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and high-end client servicing skills
• Highest level of professional integrity, strict confidentiality, and a mature approach to long-term client relationship management
• HK SFC (Type 1/4/9) licenses, CFP, or TEP qualifications highly preferred
