Senior Reporting Associate

Our client is an investment advisor. They seek a Senior Reporting Associate to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate quarterly and annual investment financial statements and reports to management
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive investment database to support portfolio analysis
• Conduct performance and benchmarking analysis against market indices and public comparables, including trend analysis
• Develop quarterly underlying reports with detailed bottom-up analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with private equity fund managers and external partners
• Support technology and automation initiatives to improve portfolio monitoring, analysis, and reporting
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all investment data and records
• Review and record investment activity across alternative investments
• Prepare investor, management, and regulatory reports, along with cash flow forecasts and investment summaries for senior management
• Respond to investor inquiries and complete special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements

• Master's degree is a plus
• 5-8 years of Fund of Fund experience with a PE focus
• Financial services/PE industry required
• Financial modeling experience required
• Highly analytical
• CPA is a plus
