About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of consolidated reporting and finance systems across the relevant property development and investment entities.
Advanced NetSuite capability is critical for this appointment. You will oversee group reporting, support a multi-entity finance environment and manage one Assistant Accountant responsible for accounts receivable.
Industry background is flexible; technical depth, systems capability and consolidation experience are more important.
Key Responsibilities
Group Reporting & Consolidation

• Lead consolidated financial reporting across the relevant entities.
• Maintain accurate and consistent reporting across a multi-entity structure.
• Review financial information and identify reporting issues requiring resolution.
• Provide technically sound finance support to senior stakeholders.

NetSuite & Finance Systems

• Act as a key finance user and subject-matter expert for NetSuite.
• Ensure NetSuite is effectively utilised across reporting and finance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and system efficiency.
• Support finance-related system and process improvements.

Property & Investment Finance

• Support financial reporting across property development activities.
• Provide finance support across the group's capital and fund-related entities.
• Work across different business structures and finance requirements.
• Maintain strong financial control and reporting standards across the portfolio.

Team & Finance Operations

• Manage and support an Assistant Accountant responsible for accounts receivable.
• Review relevant AR reporting and finance activities.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the finance function.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the broader business.

Skills & Experience

• Senior-level finance experience with strong technical accounting capability.
• Advanced hands-on NetSuite experience is essential.
• Strong experience with multi-entity consolidation and group reporting.
• Able to operate confidently in a complex finance environment.
• Property development or fund / investment exposure would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Candidates from consumer products, healthcare, supplements and other multi-entity industries will also be considered.
• Previous experience supervising or developing junior finance staff.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capability.
• Professional Mandarin and English communication skills are required.
