Senior Research Analyst

About The Role As a Senior Research Analyst you will play a critical role in driving research initiatives and delivering valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in data analysis, industry research, and strategic evaluation will contribute to enhancing client success and strengthening our organization’s analytical capabilities. You will be responsible for leading research projects, conducting in-depth analysis, and mentoring junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for clients.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to prepare reports and recommendations.
• Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive databases for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist in creating visually engaging presentations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest research methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, address bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to the leadership team when necessary.

Skills And Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with research tools or platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and transform them into actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for learning and adapting to new trends and technologies.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in research, analytics, or a related field. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
