Senior Research Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Highly focused individual with a self-driven attitude.
• Perform primary and secondary research, including both qualitative and quantitative research, on assigned Data Asset Projects.
• Independently identify, evaluate, and extract information from credible data sources.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Good and effective communication skills.
• Basic working knowledge of Canva for preparing simple creatives and presentations.
• Basic understanding of Jira for task tracking and workflow management.
• Ability to work effectively in teams, demonstrating a high level of commitment and coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to 100% accuracy in deliverables.
• Should be agile and proactive

Preferred candidate profile

• BBA / B.com / BSc / BA / BMS graduate
• 2-5 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, and basic data analysis.
• Prior experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic knowledge of Canva and Jira will be preferred.
• Proven ability to work under strict deadlines with high accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication
