We're Hiring - Research Associate /Senior Research Associate API Analytical R&D | Gurugram (On-site)

Walter Bushnell is looking for a detail-driven Analytical R&D professional to join our pharmaceutical team in Gurugram. If you have a strong grip on analytical method development and love solving complex chemistry challenges — this one's for you!

Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related scientific discipline
Experience: 2–7 years in API Analytical R&D / Pharma QC-QA

What you'll own:
Develop, optimize & validate analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates & APIs
Conduct impurity profiling & degradation studies
Hands-on expertise in HPLC, GC, LC-MS and related instrumentation
Drive method validation, transfers & troubleshooting
Prepare protocols, validation reports & technical documentation
Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH & GMP guidelines
Support technology transfer & scale-up activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA & Regulatory teams

What we're looking for:
Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
Sound understanding of GMP, QC/QA principles & regulatory frameworks
Excellent documentation & data interpretation skills
Good communication, teamwork & project coordination ability
Prior exposure to global regulatory audits is a plus
