- Assist the Supervisor in managing daily store operations.
- Guide and monitor Retail Assistants.
- Monitor product displays, stock levels and store cleanliness.
- Assist with stock receiving, arrangement and stock counts.
- Assist with stock monitoring and updates using Xilnex system.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Report operational and stock issues to the Supervisor.
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs and procedures.
- Take charge of store operations in the absence of the Supervisor when required.
