The Role. Our Southampton warehouse is the operational center of håndværk — it fulfills online orders, wholesale accounts, and supplies both stores, each of which also holds a small stockroom of its own.

We're looking for a Senior Retail Operations Associate to own the flow between all of it: warehouse, stores, and wholesale, moving as one system rather than three.

You'll work directly alongside our founders to build and refine that system — not execute someone else's process, but help design it. This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor in Southampton and in the warehouse in equal measure, and you'll be trusted to drive operations forward, not just maintain them.

What You'll Do

• Own inventory and stock flow across the Southampton warehouse, the Southampton store, and the Madison Avenue stockroom
• Receive and process incoming shipments, checking product against packing slips and flagging any discrepancies
• Perform regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and keep inventory records accurate
• Fulfill online and wholesale orders with the same care we put into the product itself, including packing, pick/pack, and outgoing client shipments
• Work with the founders to optimize warehouse operations — layout, process, systems — as we scale
• Coordinate product transfers between the warehouse and both stores, keeping every location accurately stocked
• Keep the stockroom organized and stocked with shipping and packaging supplies, reordering before we run low
• Support both back-of-house and front-of-house needs at the Southampton store — stockroom, replenishment, and the floor when needed
• Handle customer care related to orders, returns, and shipping
• Bring order and rigor to how we run — flag what isn't working, and help fix it

What We're Looking For

• Retail operations experience at a comparable brand — Vince, Theory, Rag & Bone, James Perse, Nili Lotan, Peter Millar, or similar
• A self-motivated self-starter, able to generate results with minimal supervision
• A genuine team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work directly alongside the founders
• Excellent organization and the ability to multitask across multiple locations and priorities at once
• Strong communication — you'll be the connective tissue between warehouse, stores, and founders
• Comfortable equally at the Southampton store and in the warehouse
• Shopify or comparable inventory/order systems experience, a plus

Not the Right Fit If

• You're looking for a traditional warehouse/logistics role — this isn't forklifts and pallets, it's soft goods, done right
• You prefer following an established process over helping build one
• You're not comfortable with the pace of a small, founder-led team
