The Senior Retail Service Executive (Retail Coordinator) is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with retail clients. This role acts as a key liaison between the organization and retail partners to ensure seamless communication, operational excellence, and effective problem resolution. The position also supports business growth by identifying opportunities and ensuring that retail operations align with company objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external retail partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare, review, and manage documentation related to retail coordination and project execution.
• Lead and monitor assigned retail projects to ensure objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Track project progress and performance to ensure targets are met on schedule.
• Organize, coordinate, and participate in internal and external meetings.
• Identify potential business opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance retail performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall organizational goals.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Coordinator or in a related retail/business role.
