Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize our healthcare revenue cycle operations. Duties

• Lead and manage the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration and medical coding to billing, claims submission, and collections.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance third-party billing standards.
• Oversee medical billing operations, maintaining compliance with healthcare billing regulations and coding standards such as ICD coding.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate documentation and proper utilization of electronic health records (EHR).
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify outstanding claims, and implement strategies for prompt resolution.
• Train, mentor, and manage a team of billing specialists to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
• Utilize billing software and Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, analyze data trends, and support strategic decision-making.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare billing management, including hospital revenue cycle management and medical coding practices.
• Strong understanding of medical billing regulations compliance across federal and state programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
• Proficiency in billing software systems and electronic health records (EHR) management platforms.
• Expertise in health insurance policies, third-party payer processes, and insurance claim submissions.
• Demonstrated ability in team management with excellent leadership skills to motivate staff towards achieving operational goals.
• Familiarity with ICD coding standards, medical terminology, and healthcare reimbursement procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze complex data using Microsoft Office tools for reporting purposes.
