Senior Revenue Specialist

Job Details:

Senior Revenue Specialist 100-110K, Hybrid. Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add a Senior Revenue Specialist to their team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee billing and revenue processes, including invoice review, adjustments, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor unbilled time, outstanding balances, and revenue-related discrepancies.
• Partner with attorneys and internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve collection processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end reporting.
• Utilize Elite 3E to manage billing activities, review financial data, and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in revenue management, billing, or financial operations, preferably within a law firm.
• Experience using Elite 3E is required.
• Strong understanding of legal billing processes, revenue reporting, and account reconciliation.
