Why This Role Matters:

As a Senior Reward Specialist, you will play a key role in managing payroll governance, compensation programs, reward operations and workforce cost analysis. With a customer-focused mindset, you will support accurate, compliant and timely reward delivery across our O+O (Offline + Online) business model. By applying a scientific and data-driven approach and collaborating closely with People team, Finance and business teams, you will help enable a smooth employee experience, ultimately putting a smile on customers' faces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execute the end-to-end payroll process for Hong Kong and Macau operations.
• Support the implementation and governance of compensation programs, including salary reviews, promotions, incentive schemes, bonus payouts and payroll-related reward changes, ensuring alignment with reward strategy, internal policies and compliance requirements.
• Provide workforce analytics and strategic insights on headcount, labour costs and compensation investment to support manpower planning, budgeting and business decision-making.
• Support manpower budget planning, labour cost forecasting and financial impact analysis in partnership with leadership and Finance.
• Participate in and analyze external compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys.
• Apply a customer-focused mindset, collaboration as our way of working, and data-driven insights to improve employee and business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid hands-on experience executing end-to-end payroll processes for Hong Kong and Macau.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, taxation requirements and payroll-related compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong numerical and analytical capability.
• High level of accuracy, ownership and attention to detail in handling sensitive payroll and compensation data.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance employee experience, governance and business needs.
• Collaborative communication style to partner effectively with People, Finance and business stakeholders.
