Senior RF Engineer - 1898

The Recruiting Company Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector.

Key Points of the Position Reporting to the CEO and CTO, you will participate in military precision localization projects using Ultra Wide Band frequencies.

As an RF Expert, your missions will include:

• Create and optimize RF circuits and systems specifically for UWB radars applications
• Participate in the development of signal processing algorithms
• Develop detailed models to predict performances under various conditions
• Simulate potential interferences and work on mitigating these
• Conduct extensive testing and validation

Necessary Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Expertise in UWB, NFC or BLE RFs
• Strong knowledge of radars
• Proficiency in RF circuit designing and optimizing
• Proficiency with simulation and modeling tools
• Proficiency in testing millimeter localization precision systems
• Defence clearance (required for this position)
• German or Austrian citizenship (required)
