Senior RF Engineer

The Recruiting Company: Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector.

Key Points of the Position: Reporting to the CEO and CTO, you will participate in military precision localization projects using Ultra Wide Band frequencies.

Missions:

• Create and optimize RF circuits and systems specifically for UWB radars applications
• Participate in the development of signal processing algorithms
• Develop detailed models to predict performances under various conditions
• Simulate potential interferences and work on mitigating these
• Conduct extensive testing and validation

Necessary Skills:

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Expertise in UWB, NFC or BLE RFs
• Strong knowledge of radars
• Proficient in RF circuit designing and optimizing
• Proficient with simulation and modeling tools
• Proficient in testing millimeter localization precision systems

Additional Requirements:

• Defence clearance will be necessary for this position
• Must have German or Austrian citizenship
