We are looking for someone who will proactively lead cross-functional studies on key strategic topics such as spectrum strategy, high-level network design, long-term capacity planning, and technology sunset planning (2G/3G switch-off) in a multi-operator environment. You will take full ownership of these analyses, coordinating inputs from various teams and ensuring alignment with overall network evolution strategy. The missions will also include coverage studies with Automatic Cell Planning.

- Radio planning tool skills (Atoll, Planet, and/or Asset/Aircom) for conducting radio simulations, extensive frequency/SC/PCI/RSI planning, and utilizing advanced features such as Automated Cell Planning and Small Cell Planning.
- Experience in capacity planning
- Skills in development (Python, scripting, SQL, etc.) for automating tasks are also required.
- Knowledge of radio access networks, 4G/5G air interface, and radio link budget is a plus.
