With a team of 21 and plans to scale towards 30, the business is entering an exciting growth phase, supported by strong funding and international expansion. The company combines data, machine learning and automation to solve complex operational and risk challenges at scale, with customers across multiple global markets.

This Senior Risk Data Scientist role offers the opportunity to work across modelling, analytics and commercial decision-making. You'll have significant ownership, exposure to senior leadership and the chance to influence both product development and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance risk , fraud and predictive ML models
• Own the full machine learning lifecycle from development to optimisation
• Deliver insights that support commercial and strategic decision-making
• Analyse portfolio performance and identify emerging trends and risks
• Develop scalable solutions using Python , SQL and modern ML techniques
• Partner with stakeholders across product, commercial and leadership teams
• Contribute to AI-driven automation and decisioning capabilities

Key Details

Salary: Up to £85,000 + equity + private medical (family included)

Working model: Remote-first. Candidates must be within approximately 90 minutes of London. Occasional in-person meetings required.
