The Role

As Senior Risk Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner to leaders across the organisation, helping embed effective risk management practices and supporting the successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing risk leadership, guidance and support across a broad portfolio of business functions.
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify key risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Supporting the development and enhancement of risk frameworks, processes and governance practices.
• Preparing meaningful insights, reporting and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Leading initiatives that strengthen organisational resilience and readiness in a changing environment.
• Supporting major projects, transformation programs and strategic business initiatives.
• Driving a positive risk culture through education, engagement and practical advice.
• Monitoring emerging risks, industry developments and regulatory expectations.

About You

You are an experienced risk professional with a pragmatic and commercially focused mindset. You understand how to balance risk with business outcomes and are comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You will bring:

• Experience within Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, Governance, Compliance or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and governance frameworks.
• Experience operating within large, complex or highly regulated environments.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• A track record of delivering outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
