Senior Safety Engineer

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Safety Engineer with a growing logistics services company in the West Palm Beach area. This role is responsible for developing and coordinating company safety programs, conducting inspections and accident investigations, overseeing emergency response activities, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and IMDG regulations. The role provides safety training and hazardous materials guidance, manages programs related to workers’ compensation and post-accident procedures, and serves as Team Leader for the Hazardous Materials Response Team. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification highly desired
• 5+ years of safety experience
• Experience with OSHA and DOT regulations
• Experience with emergency response and hazardous materials spills/leaks
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Ability to travel domestically and to other Caribbean locations
