Senior Sale Executive

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell training programmes to corporate clients, HR departments, and government agencies

• Identify new sales leads and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Work closely with trainers and programme coordinators to understand and match client needs

• Represent the company at networking events, expos, or public training days (if required)

✅ Job Requirements:

• Minimum STPM or Diploma in education
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or training-related services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English)
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
