(Senior) Sales Assistant （资深）销售助理

• Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed Customer Service ensuring that follows sales procedures enthusiastically satisfy customers;

• Handle customer objections and enquiries in a timely manner, in order to enhance customer satisfaction; 及时妥善处理顾客疑虑及问询; 提高顾客满意度; Operations 营运
• Implement company regulation; operation policies and procedures; 执行公司各种规章制度、营运相关管理制度及流程；
• Assist to manage upkeep and conditions of all equipment, fixtures and facilities of store premises； 协助管理并定期维护店内所有的设备、固定资产和其他器材； Others其他职责
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the management.

完成上级经理布置的其他相关工作。 KPI 主要绩效指标

• Sales 销售目标 (ig. sales achievement, etc.)
• Operations 营运目标 (daily operation targets assigned by line manager，直线经理所设定的日常营运目标)
• Customer Service 顾客服务 Job Requirements 职位要求 Knowledge and skills 知识技能要求
• Familiarity with computer; 具备电脑操作基础知识；
• Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills； 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；
• Sales skills； 销售能力；
• Initiative and learning oriented; 具有求知欲和主动性； Education 教育背景
• High school or Vocational school Graduate； 高中或职校以上学历； Experience 工作经验
• Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury fashion industry preferred; 在时尚零售及奢侈品行业有工作经验者优先；
• At least 1 year sales experience in fashion retail industry;

一年以上零售服装行业销售经验；
