Job Summary

We are looking for target-oriented Sales / Business Development professionals to handle leads, connect with customers, conduct virtual consultations, and drive sales closures.

Candidates from EdTech, Inside Sales, Telesales, Real Estate, Interior Design, Home Services, SaaS, BFSI, Telecom, or similar sales backgrounds are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound leads and understand customer requirements.
• Conduct virtual consultations/demos and present suitable solutions.
• Drive lead conversion, sales closures, and monthly targets.
• Manage the sales cycle from first connect to closure.
• Follow up with prospects and handle customer objections.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive experience.
• Maintain lead and sales records in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telesales, Counselling, or similar roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and closing skills.
• Experience in lead conversion and target achievement.
• Comfortable with virtual sales presentations/demos.
• Customer-focused with good follow-up skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
