Senior sales associate

Top sales talent: earn up to 2.5× your base salary at VAMA Gears 💛

If you’ve closed high-ticket sales and want your earnings to match your skill, read on.

VAMA Gears is a fast-growing D2C fine jewellery brand making 22kt gold and certified Polki pieces, backed by a lifetime buyback guarantee. We grew from a tiny initial investment, purely through profit reinvestment. Now we’re building a sales team that grows with us.

The role: Senior sales associate

Our customers find us on Instagram and our website, and they buy through conversations. You’ll do three things:

• Turn warm inbound leads into high-value orders over WhatsApp, DM and calls
• Guide customers through designs, pricing and customisation like a trusted advisor
• Build relationships that bring customers back for every wedding, festival and milestone

You’re right for this if you have

• At least 3 years in high-ticket sales (jewellery, luxury, real estate, premium services)
• A track record of hitting or beating targets
• Comfort selling over chat as well as on calls
• The ability to join immediately

What’s in it for you

• 💰 A fixed salary plus per-order incentives worth up to 150% of your base, on top of your salary
• 🏡 Hybrid work from Bengaluru (HSR Layout studio)
• 📈 Warm inbound leads, so no cold calling
• 🚀 Early-team impact in a brand that’s scaling fast
