Senior Sales Associate - Field Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
• Identify potential clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth for the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for successful product demonstrations and presentations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospital sales or direct sales within the medical devices & equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare sales principles, including knowledge of relevant products/services offered by competitors.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels; ability to articulate complex technical information simply.
